Mare Care:
* $5.00/day - includes paddock and hay
* $10.00/day - mare & foal - includes hay and grain
Monthly Rates:
* Mare only - $150.00
* Mare and Foal - $175.00
Mare Requirements:
* Must be dewormed day of delivery
* Shots must be up to date
* Must be halter broke and must lead well
* Mares wil be hand bred in a safe manner to both equine parties and humans involved
* We reserve the right to use breeding hobbles if the mare is agressive to the stallion
* All mares will be teased prior to breeding
* The use of chemical induction is allowed
* During the breeding season it is highly recommended to have mare preg checked - can be arranged on farm at owner's expense
* Transportation is available in and around the Edmonton area for a fee
* We retain the right to refuse mares with aggessive temperaments - No refunds are given
* Live foal guaranteed - 24 hours - Negotiable in special circumstances
* Offer mare replacement if mare passes away or proves to be barren - Vet certificate required
* Contacts for said mare expires 3 years from date it is signed - no refunds
* If owner of horse would like to leave horse trailer on farm $5.00/day - Not responsible for any damages to horse trailer
