Mare Care:
*    $10.00/day - includes paddock and hay
*    $15.00/day - mare & foal - includes hay and grain
Monthly Rates:
*    Mare only - $300.00
*    Mare and Foal - $350.00
Mare Requirements:
*    Must be dewormed day of delivery
*    Shots must be up to date
*    Must be halter broke and must lead well
*    Mares will be hand bred in a safe manner to both equine parties and humans involved
*    We reserve the right to use breeding hobbles if the mare is aggressive to the stallion. I retain right to determine safety concerns if mare is too aggressive to bred. You will be asked to come pick her up immediately and use a different mare.
*    All mares will be teased prior to breeding
*    The use of chemical induction is allowed
*    During the breeding season it is highly recommended to have mare preg checked    
*    We retain the right to refuse mares with aggressive temperaments - No refunds are given
*    Live foal guaranteed - 24 hours - Negotiable in special circumstances
*    Offer mare replacement if mare passes away or proves to be barren - Vet certificate required
*    Contracts for said mare expires 3 years from date it is signed - no refunds
